The Ledge Floating Platform Bed is our premium, Australian-made bedroom platform base with a luxuriously wide headboard featured with two bedside tables. Made from either Victorian Ash Oak. The Ledge is adding an understated, modern touch to any sleeping quarter. A rising platform base and smart timber design are available in a large range of stain colours, making it easy to match them with your existing home decor. The biggest part is the headboard it is made of one piece and needs to make sure there will be enough space to manoeuvre to get into the bedroom, lift and tight stairs. The made-to-measure Ledge Platform Bed comes with a 2-year warranty.

\nOur custom-made timber beds are made right here in Sydney, Australia, from sustainable plantations.
\nSelect from our premium wood – Victoria Ash Oak or Special request for American Oak, both are Australian hardwoods sourced from Victoria.
\nOur bed frames are made from solid timber with your colour choice Victoria Ash Oak, for all edges\/borders, legs, side rails, and small footboards.
\nLarge headboards and large foot-ends are made with veneer panels or a mixture of solid timber and veneer.
\nSlats are solid pine measuring 9cm x 3.5cm.
\nThe Queen size has centre support underneath the slats.
\nKing and Superking have centre support underneath the slats as well as two legs touching the floor.
\nOur custom-designed bases can hold a combined weight of 380kg on our Double, Queen, King, and Super King sizes.
\nDouble have 11 solid pine slats measuring 9cm x 3.5cm each, with the gap between each slat measuring 8cm.
\nQueen, King, and Superking have 12 solid pine slats measuring 9cm x 3.5cm each, with the gap between each slat measuring 8cm.
\nMost of the timbers are finished with a tinted lacquer sealer. However, the Victoria Ash Oak have an additional option for a Livos Kunos oil-based tinted sealer.
\nOrganic Linseed is Livos Kunos Sealers’ main component, which offers various all-natural, non-toxic, biodegradable stains.
