Its super-modern Japanese style inspiration sees the Vanessa made in durable Victorian Ash Oak, American Oak or Pine, all sourced from sustainable Australian plantation timber. Fitted with inlaid pine slats providing strength and support to your mattress, it’s available in the full range of sizes (see measurements below). This frame also comes in a large range of timber stain colours to match your existing decor.
\nSplit Option Service
\nThe Split Option is designed and suitable for tight-angle corridors. It will make it easier to Manoeuvre to get into the room, lifts and tight stairs case.
\nPlease note if you select to order the bed as one piece make sure it will fit all the way through the house and there is no access limitation to get into the room.
\nThe Vanessa frame gives you a luxury practical design solution with a 4cm recessed base to create a floating design look. This frame is built to last in solid timber, offering years of durability without compromising on style. We have a split option version for larger bed frames for a small extra cost ($300) and offer the same high-quality bed frame (see diagram below).
\nThe base comes in two pieces (split option recommended for king and super king sizes) and has a manufacturer’s 2-year warranty. \nOur custom-made timber beds are made right here in Sydney, Australia, from sustainable plantations.
\nSelect from our premium wood – Victoria Ash Oak or American Oak, both are Australian hardwoods sourced from Victoria. You can also stick with New Zealand Pine, our standard timber, a great budget -yet custom- option.
\nOur bed frames are made from solid timber with your choice of Victoria Ash Oak, American Oak or New Zealand Pine for all edges\/borders, legs, side rails, and small footboards.
\nLarge headboards and large foot-ends are made with veneer panels or a mixture of solid timber and veneer.
\nSlats are solid pine measuring 9cm x 3.5cm.
\nSingle, King Single and Double do not need central support; but can be ordered if you require heavy-duty support.
